3 min to the beach * Heated Pool * Large Groups

Our family had a wonderful time at this vacation home. My husband and me, our two daughters, son and son-in-law, and 5 grandchildren stayed there. Plenty of space and the pool was a hit! The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to a grocery store. The beach is a couple miles away. Within walking distance if you’re up for a long walk. There are a couple public parking lots near Indian Shores beach. Easter Sunday was the only day we couldn’t find a parking space early in the afternoon. We recommend this house.

I stayed this property in January of 2024 with several friends. The house was great and we enjoyed the enclosed pool area. Two thumbs up.

Lots of options for lounging, playing, cooking, clean up and sleep. Layout was great! Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms need a good grout cleaning. The shower hardware needs some tlc. Otherwise clean and aesthetically pleasing. The pool was warm and big enough to accommodate many. Overall it was a really nice stay!

The layout of this house was perfect for two families and the grandparents. We could spread out enough and the teens (6 of them) could have the lower level to hang out at night. The pool was great and it’s an easy 5 minute drive to the beach. The wagon and beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice extra to be able to use. The host was easy to get in touch with with questions. We loved the house and location and hope to come back!

The heated pool and the den were the highlight of our stay. The home was spacious for our family of 10. Beaches are 5-10 mins drive from the house. We had a great time,
